Accuplacer Scores from Other Schools

The Registrar will accept Accuplacer scores from other institutions. However, ARR needs students to bring official scores to the admissions counter to be entered into Banner.

Official Transcripts - What To Do?

1. In order to be used for evaluation the transcript MUST be sealed.
2. Open the transcript and advise the student accordingly.
3. Print and sign your name with the date opened on back of envelope.
4. Either put the transcript in an interoffice envelope or hand carry it to Admissions and Records to the attention of Alice Summers. (Once opened the student should not get the transcript back if they wish to have it evaluated for credit)

MC Classes at USG - What Do You Need To Know?

1. All MC courses offered at USG will have a campus code of "S" along with identifiable section notes;
2. MC students will utilize the student support services at their home campus;
3. MC students can utilize the USG library; however, they will not have borrowing privileges;
4. MC students with valid parking stickers will not have to pay for parking at USG;
5. Books can be purchased at the home campus bookstore or the USG bookstore;
6. and In the event of inclement weather, MC students and faculty will follow MC's closure or delay policy.
