As a reminder, the fee for transcripts will increase to $7 starting July 1st. Please discard of the $5 Transcript Request forms before we leave this afternoon (recycle).
For transition purposes, we will continue to accept mailed in $5 requests through Friday, July 8th.

World Language Overrides
All placement testing and resulting prerequisite overrides will take place in the Writing, Reading and Language Center. Students who take the exam and need a prerequisite override in order to register for the appropriate course will see Jason Rivera, Director of the WRLC. In Mr. Rivera’s absence, students will be sent to the “Quick Questions” desk where an available Instructional Assistant will enter the prerequisite override in Banner. We hope that this process will offer our students the “one stop shopping” that will move them seamlessly through registration for courses.

SAT/ACT Scores - Submitting to ARR on behalf of students
Jackson Trana is the person you want to give the scores to. He has a mailbox behind the counter in AR. I figured this might be good information to have if you like to walk the scores over and it happens to be a line in AR.
As a reminder, have the student print out a copy of their SAT or ACT score in front of you. Make sure the score report has their whole name and add their ‘M’ Number. I also sign and stamp it for good measure, so AR knows it’s legit.
ARR will also accept a score report from a student if you sign and stamp.
