From Pam Jones (SIS) - I found out that the %completion in DegreeWorks is a 'code'. 98% means all degree requirements are fine, but something (class or graduation processing) is still in progress. 97% or 99% means a degree requirement is actually missing (course or # of 200-level credits). That was interesting.
Also, students can only Re-apply for graduation after current ap
"clears" (either theirs is resolved or the final list is run for
graduation). However, if the student failed a course and is already
pre-registered to retake it, the graduation coordinator 'might' push the
application over to the next term and do a re-evaluation without the student
re-applying (usually done in Germantown, but up to the Coordinators).
