In other news-Starting July 1 the CA and CS departments will merge into a new department that thus far has no name. Let's call it CA/CS for the time being.

2 NEW Rockville Department Chairs!
In an email from Dr. Patti Bartlett, Acting Instructional Dean - Business, Information Sciences, and Hospitality Management, dated Monday, June 1, 2009...
Professor Linda Fontaine will serve as the new chair of the Computer Applications Department. She began serving as chair on May 25, 2009. Professor can be reached at (240) 567-4005 or at linda.fontaine@montgomerycollege.edu.
Professor Bill Johnstone transitions from "acting chair" to chair of the Business and Economics Department effective immediately. He can be reached at (240) 567-5146 or at bill.johnstone@montgomerycollege.edu.
Please make note of these two changes when referring students to those respective departments for Academic Appeals, etc.
