New Protection of Minors on Campus Procedures

In February 2015, the College published new procedures to guide implementation of Policy 75005, commonly referred to as the Protection of Minors Policy (http://cms.montgomerycollege.edu/oit/oitdownloadasset.aspx?id=63055) and http://insidemc.montgomerycollege.edu/attach/24d18749-3138-6934-a5c1-15b960aaf343/75005%20Protection%20of%20Minors(1).pdf.

These procedures set minimum requirements for College faculty and staff related to interactions with minors. These procedures do not apply to students under the age of 18 who are enrolled in credit or noncredit classes where registration is required.
