LEP Coordinator/E-mail

 I am pleased to announce that Mr. Erwin Hess has been selected as the new Coordinator of Limited Enrollment Programs within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.  Erwin brings with him a wealth of experiences from his previous role as a Freshman Admission Counselor here at UMD.   I am confident that his prior responsibilities with the Freshman Admission process, working with Special Programs within the office as well as his ability to counsel students through difficult times will ensure a smooth transition to his new role as he continues to work with transfer students who are seeking a major within the Limited Enrollment Programs.  Erwin’s office will be in the Transfer Suite (Room 0115C) of the Mitchell Building and his email address is ehesse@umd.edu.    Also, I would like to share with you that we have a new Limited Enrollment Programs email account that students can send questions to and receive an answer within 48 hours.  The email address is lep@umd.eduand you are free to post this information as appropriate (the LEP email account, not Erwin’s J)
