eTranscripts Now Available @ MC

Over the past 13 months, the College has been working collaboratively with Parchment, an online transcript conversion service, to bring digital transcripts (eTranscript) to our campuses. The new program will not only help our students receive and send transcripts faster but they will also be able to track the shipping progress. Here's a snapshot of what Parchment will do:

Real-Time Processing and Delivery - Unless there is a hold on a student's record, eTranscript will be sent to the student's requested destination within 1 hour.

Accessibility & Security - Parchment provides secure online access 24 hours a day/7days a week. The content of the eTranscript is converted and sent as a secure PDF document.

Trackable - Enables complete tracking of each transcript from request to delivery. Students can track it all, including when the recipient received and opened the digital eTranscript.

Please note: Parchment eTranscripts will NOT replace Banner Self-Service web transcript for print requests. Students (credit & non-credit) will have the option of requesting a secure digital eTranscript by Parchment as well as traditional print transcript on MyMC (under My Classes and Registration tab).
