Please review the contingency plan below devised in response to the two vacancies left in the Enrollment Services Veteran's positions at the Rockville and Takoma Park/Silver Spring campuses --specifically, Tyuet Jackson and Jackson Trana.

Due to retirement of the Rockville veterans certifying official and the pending departure of the Takoma Park/Silver Spring veterans certifying official, the new coverage schedule below will begin Monday, August 19.
Movie (Mo) Smith will be the sole certifying official until further notice. Based on the number of students at each campus, we have given two days to Rockville and one day each to Takoma Park/Silver Spring and Germantown.
On days that Mo is not physically present at a campus, the campus registrars will help with the collection of certification forms and will scan and email them to him for processing. Given the workload, we have dedicated Thursday as the day where Mo can focus solely on processing forms.

August 15th and Aug 16th - 9:00am-4:30pm
Aug 19th to Aug 30th - 9:00am-5:00pm
Sep 3rd onward/until positions filled - 8:30am-5:00pm
Current and incoming veterans, active duty and dependents will be notified of the schedule via email. Signage will also be posted at each Enrollment Services office.
