For MCPS students who meet the requirements for APPG, their scores are automatically sent to us within two weeks of their application and after second semester grades have been posted. If you suspect that a score should have come over and it didn’t, please send us the student’s transcript and we will manually check for APPG eligibility. If it meets the requirement then we will update the student record. We are asking that everyone use our online request form as it assists us in processing documents more efficiently.
