Transcript Evaluations at Rockville (Summer 2014-->)

Good afternoon,

As you know Alice Summers is no longer at the College (as of May 30).  At this time we ask that you have students submit their official transcripts to the Admissions and Records Office in sealed envelopes or have them mailed directly to our office.

·        If you open an official transcript, please sign and date it and then send the transcript through interoffice mail.

·        Please note, that we will not evaluate transcripts on the spot. Evaluations will take up to 5 weeks in some cases, depending on if we have all the information needed to evaluate correctly. I have two staff person who are currently working on evaluations and at this time they will not be able to sit down with students to discuss transcript evaluations. If students need override for certain pre-requisites, please direct them to departments for specific courses.

·        You may have students email me if they have questions concerning transcript evaluations.

Side note: we are still in process of seeking a candidate that will fill the position. As you know we want to make sure that we find someone who is as good as Alice.
