Hearing & Speech Transfer Advising Notes

Beginning Fall 2018 there will be a new Hearing & Speech Sciences curriculum starting at UMD

Transfer Advising Notes:

• There are very few classes at MC that will help the student here.
• Be sure to complete PSYC102, English Foundation, and BIOL150,  and MATH150 or higher
• Either complete AA or all of the GEN ED requirements.
• Emphasize that this is a heavily SCIENCE related major.  It is NOT like Education.

Other Notes:

• PHYS102/103 is only offered in the Fall.  Most UMD students take it sophomore year.
• HESP202 will be the same, but HESP120 will no longer exist and will be replaced with HESP150.
