Change of Major Form - Remote Operations

Good afternoon Counseling faculty,

Last week there was a question raised of where students should send Change of Major forms.  I’m making good on my promise to check-in with the registrars to clarify and confirm the process.  The campus registrars would like students to email the Change of Major forms to them directly based on their primary campus of attendance, ideally.  This is consistent with what the registrars shared on this topic before, which I posted in the Counseling and Advising Channel.

If for some reason a student submits their form to Raptor Central or is mistakenly directed to submit the form to Raptor Central, they will route it to a campus registrar to be processed.  However, the preferred routing is directly to a campus registrar from the student’s College email.
