Counselors,
We
have discovered that, due to some programming issues, changes to the online
catalog have caused ENGL
Foundation, Math Foundation, or both NOT to show up on some of
the 2020-2021 Program Advising Guides’ course sequences.
We
are aware of this problem and are trying to correct it as soon as possible.
The online catalog is CORRECT but for some reason when the information is being
pulled into the Program Advising Guides these course are disappearing. At
the bottom of this email, I have included a list of the Program Advising Guides
impacted by this issue. If you find this error in a guide not listed
below, please email me so it can be fixed.
Students in the degree programs listed
below should be referred to the online catalog which is currently the most
accurate source of curriculum materials. If a student has printed out one of
these Program Advising Guides, please have them destroy their copy and obtain
the corrected one when they become available.
Also,
due to circumstances beyond my control, updates to the Advising Worksheets for
the 2020-2021 academic year have been delayed.
The
anticipated publication date is now August 15, 2020. If you have provided new
students with the 2019-2020 Advising Worksheets, please let them know that the
updated Advising Worksheets for 2020-2021 should be available by the middle of
next month.
As
soon as the Program Advising Guides are corrected and the Advising Worksheets
updated, I will send out email notifications.
I
