Students applying to the University
of Maryland, School of Nursing (UMB SON) must show proof of graduation to
demonstrate their English Language Proficiency.
However, for students who
are in the process of graduating, UMB is willing to accept a statement from an
MC Counselor that the degree is in progress and they waive the need for TOEFL
scores or their own English Language Proficiency Exam. A sample e-mail is
below, including the address to use for an e-mailed statement.
